My Pasta Story

Do you ever have a hard time getting your kids to eat veggies?

I always have! With my little Elisabeth, I tried it all, but nothing seemed to work. Then one day, the answer was right in front of me, she loves pasta! As a chef in Italy, I had made my fair share of homemade pasta, so why not create a healthy pasta by incorporating vegetables into the pasta dough by adding farm fresh, organic ingredients and vegetable purée? It worked like a charm! Now she enjoys her pasta while also eating her veggies! 

I knew there had to be a way for moms and dads everywhere to benefit from this trick without having to do all the work themselves. That’s why I created Chef Daniela’s “Pasta Sana” to help parents raise children with healthy eating habits at the foundation of their diets. It may seem daunting, but exposing them to a wide variety of foods at an early age is the easiest way to help them develop a liking for foods they initially reject solely because those foods are new to them.
