My Pasta Story
Do you ever have a hard time getting your kids to eat veggies?
I always have! With my little Elisabeth, I tried it all, but nothing seemed to work. Then one day, the answer was right in front of me, she loves pasta! As a chef in Italy, I had made my fair share of homemade pasta, so why not create a healthy pasta by incorporating vegetables into the pasta dough by adding farm fresh, organic ingredients and vegetable purée? It worked like a charm! Now she enjoys her pasta while also eating her veggies!
Farm Fresh Ingredients
Many of the ingredients I use in our pastas come from my own 2 1/2 acre farm located in South Florida. I have planted more than 65 trees, including bananas and moringa, as well as vegetables, lavender, and a butterfly garden. Of course, we can not forget the lovely chickens that are like members of our family and have free range of the farm. Their eggs are an important nutrient-dense ingredient.
